Sharing research about restaurants

BOPDs are collaborating on a class passion project to showcase our learning on one aspect of physical wellbeing, and to celebrate cultures. We are transforming our classroom into a restaurant. The first thing we did was to think of a name for our restaurant. We voted on some suggestions and in the end came up with, "Cuisines of the World" restaurant. Through our restaurant, we are showing our food choices by creating a menu that informs customers the nutrient content of our food. We thought about what was needed to run a restaurant and thought of committees to organize our responsibilities.
