BOPDs have a routine of picking a four-digit number and showing it in four ways, 1) written in an equation, 2) written in words, 3) shown in base ten blocks, and 4) rounded off to the nearest hundreds. On Tuesdays, they pair up with a buddy and show each other their numbers. Once the buddy has given feedback or asked questions, they can add a date stamp.
